"We were honestly hesitant to enter the restaurant because we’re not very familiar with Korean cuisine. We really wanted to try it, but we were worried about spending money on food we might not enjoy—especially since we had our two kids with us. While we were looking at the standee menu outside, one of your staff, Famela, noticed us and immediately approached us. She kindly told us that we could check their actual menu inside. I mentioned that we weren’t familiar with the dishes, and she patiently explained everything—what was spicy, what was sweet, and what she would recommend. She even suggested a platter that was on promo. Her warmth and willingness to help made us feel so welcome that we decided to give it a try. And we’re so glad we did! The food was great. The chicken was superb—perfectly cheesy from the skin down to the meat. The salad was fresh and delicious, and it became my personal favorite. The dalgona ice cream was my daughter’s favorite, and the bulgogi definitely did not disappoint. The servings were so generous that we couldn’t even finish everything and ended up taking some home Kudos to your team for being so warm and accommodating. Because of that experience, we’ll definitely be coming back."
